Our Quality Guarantee

At Entia we want every customer to love and cherish their purchase, so we guarantee the quality of every piece with a 12 month warranty. We strive to ensure that every piece of jewellery is sent out into the world in perfect condition but if, on the rare occasion your piece is compromised by a fault in manufacturing, we will happily repair/replace or refund your item at no cost.

As many of our pieces are one off, it is sometimes not possible to replace them exactly.In this instance, we will do everything we can to find you something else that you love to the same value.

We do not cover:

  • damage caused by actions of the wearer
  • failure to care for or store your piece of jewellery in accordance with our care instructions
  • damage caused by abrasion, scratching or coming into contact with other objects and materials
  • unauthorised repair or alteration to the item.

Please take note of the measurements and descriptions of all products before purchasing and use our JEWELLERY SIZE GUIDEso that you have a clear idea of what size your chosen piece is. Items can often look smaller or larger in photographs. To ensure that you get the best wear out of your Entia piece please view our CARE GUIDEwhich will help you understand how to look after your treasured piece/s.

Note: Photos on our website are as close as possible a representation of the actual colour of the stones. The colour may differ slightly from the picture you see depending on device and settings.

Returns and Refunds

Entia offers refunds on full priced purchases where PayPal or credit card has been used.


We will happily issue a credit note in the form of a gift card for the return of full priced item/s where Afterpay has been used. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. Expired Gift Cards will not be accepted as a valid form of payment.

All refunds and credit notes exclude delivery/shipping fee.

To claim a refund or credit note, an email notification of this intention must be submitted to Entia, within 48 hours of receiving goods.

All item/s must be returned in original condition. This means they must bewrapped individually so that no two items can touch during transit, to avoid any scratching of the silver (if the silver is scratched during return transit, the item WILL NOT be refunded). Items must also be packaged securely to protect them against movement or damage during shipping. Item/s must not be worn or altered in any way.

Items must be returned to Entiawithin 7 days of receipt, accompanied by a RETURNS FORMeturns will not be permitted after this period.


Note:Please ensure you keep a record of tracking as we are unable to refund lost items.

Purchase & Shipping

Entia accepts payments made with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Afterpay. Prices are listed and charged in Australian dollars (AUD) for both Australian and international purchases. All prices are inclusive of a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). For international orders, GST will be removed at checkout.

Prices are current at the time of advertising and all orders are subject to availability.


We ship worldwide through Australia Post, so that everyone can enjoy a bit of Entia magic wherever they are on the planet.

Australian Customers

Estimated shipping times are 2-5 working days after dispatch We cannot guarantee overnight delivery as we are based in a rural area but we will always do our best to get your piece to you as quickly as possible.

Domestic shipping fee: $12

Shipping is free for domestic orders over $200!

Note:we do not offer local pickup

International Customers

We ship worldwide with an estimated delivery time between 6-14 days after dispatch

International shipping fee: $25

International Insured fees (through DHL): $45

Shipping is free for international orders over $350!

We are required by law to declare the correct value of goods on all orders.

Note:international customers will need to manage any local taxes and duties. Please check if this applies to your purchase, as we do not accept returns based on these charges.

Once your item is on its way, we will send you a notification email.


If your package is returned to us due to an error that you have entered in the address field, we will need to charge a re-delivery fee of $12.00 for domestic orders or $25/$45 (insured) for international orders to resend your order to you. Please double check your address before completing your order!
